Alerts and Workflow for Sage SalesLogix

Sage KnowledgeSync for SalesLogix monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:

Opportunities: That are overdue, that have an invalid forecast, whose forecast is changed
Activities: Assignee alert, contact alert, that are overdue, reps who have too few/too many
Support Tickets: New, assigned/re-assigned, priority changed, open for more than ‘x’ hours
Sync’ing: reps who have not sync’ed in ‘x’ hours, sync server errors, sync did not complete

When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates SalesLogix (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
