| Opportunities: | That are overdue, that have an invalid forecast, whose forecast is changed |
| Activities: | Assignee alert, contact alert, that are overdue, reps who have too few/too many |
| Support Tickets: | New, assigned/re-assigned, priority changed, open for more than ‘x’ hours |
| Sync’ing: | reps who have not sync’ed in ‘x’ hours, sync server errors, sync did not complete |
