Alerts and Workflow for Sage PFW ERP
Sage KnowledgeSync for PFW monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:
| Clients: | Who haven’t ordered, who are past due, who are awaiting order confirmation |
| Stock: | Oversold items, finished goods/lot expiration, serial/lot due to expire |
| POs: | That have been adjusted, that are past due, that have an invalid cost |
| Orders: | That are overdue, whose request date is past, that are pending cancellation |
When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates PFW (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
