Alerts and Workflow for Sage FAS Fixed Assets

Sage KnowledgeSync for FAS monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:

Warranties:	That are about to expire, that have expired, whose expiration date has changed
Due Dates:	Assets that are overdue for check-in, that have been checked out for more than ‘x’ days
Custodians:	Asset owner changes, newly-acquired assets, asset condition changes
Status:	Assets missing key elements of data, made inactive / reactivated

When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates FAS (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
