Sage KnowledgeSync for FAS monitors and sends email alerts about such conditions as:
| Warranties: | That are about to expire, that have expired, whose expiration date has changed |
| Due Dates: | Assets that are overdue for check-in, that have been checked out for more than ‘x’ days |
| Custodians: | Asset owner changes, newly-acquired assets, asset condition changes |
| Status: | Assets missing key elements of data, made inactive / reactivated |
