Alerts and Workflow for Sage SageCRM

Sage KnowledgeSync for SageCRM monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:

Campaigns: Whose budget or status has changed, starts or ends today
Support Cases: high number of ‘critical’, waitlisted, priority or status has changed
Leads: hot new lead alert, unassigned, awaiting reply from client
Sales : due to close, forecast changed, overdue for closing, moved to next stage

When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates SageCRM (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
