Sage KnowledgeSync for ACT! by Sage monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:

Activities:	Clients not contacted in ‘x’ days, scheduled for today, clients without contact history
Sales:	Closer earlier/later than forecast, won/lost against specific competitors
Opportunities:	Due to close, overdue for closing, whose status has changed
Items:	With excessively high discounts, higher than usual sales over specific timeframes

When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates ACT! (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
