Alerts and Workflow for Sage ERP Accpac

Sage KnowledgeSync for Accpac monitors and responds to any critical business conditions such as:

Clients:	Whose credit limit has changed, are excessively overdue, are nearing their credit limit
Orders:	With unapproved discounts, are backordered, are due to ship, and on hold
Items:	With an excessive cost increase, nearing re-order level, are in an overstock condition
Vendors:	Newly created, with a high balance due, who are missing key data

When such conditions occur, Sage KnowledgeSync sends alerts (email, fax, pager, cell phone, dashboard, & screen pop), it generates and delivers forms, documents, and reports (such as invoices, POs, and credit reports), and it updates Accpac (and related applications) with the details of what happened.
